Dear Regional Commissioner, or Region Coach Administrator,
We invite you to participate in our inaugural AYSO Friendship Tournament. The tournament will take place Saturday December 6, 2008. Come and enjoy yourself. Tournament Registration forms are at the bottom of page.
All teams will play 3 games. A maximum total of 36 teams will be participating. This tournament is only opened to the U-8 Division Boys, and Girls.
Register early to insure participation: We encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure a spot. The tournament is open to all teams made of AYSO players who have registered, and played in the 2008 primary program. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Fees: A team registration of $ 125.00 reserves a spot. Player participation will receive a Tournament T-Shirt. Coaches will also receive a tournament T-Shirt. All players will receive a Tournament Dog Tag. Monies collected and/or raised from the tournament will be used for the development and expansion of the Region 29 AYSO Soccer program.
Applications: All team applications must be accompanied with a regional check for $125.00, for team registration, and referee deposit. Please make check payable to AYSO Region 29. Registration dateline is November 19th.
Refund: Should the tournament be terminated due to wheather, fires, or other circumstances beyond our control prior to completion of the guaranteed 3 games a prorated refund will be given based upon games completed. Cancellations after November 26th are not eligible for a refund.
